BCE has extensive in-house machining capabilities providing a competitive advantage with customized products and quick prototype turnaround. Trust BCE to perform vacuum leak checks and pressure tests on all designed feedthroughs as well as apply stringent quality control processes on all products and parts. Testing also includes electrical testing of heaters, such as the Hipot, Megaohm and Resistance checks. Furthermore, all materials are tested for fatigue, tensile/compression stress, flexural bends and torsion depending on application.
